What is this site?

This site was originally compiled as support for personalised herbal treatments at the Sustainable Health Centre in Exeter, UK.  These resources are now available from here .

It is now also the home of the new Plant Guides coaching project, the Gazette and Plant Guidance personal support plan, all designed to help a much wider number of people in their self care with herbs and plants.

The contents have been assembled by Simon Mills reflecting more almost fifty years of clinical practice and other work. It is also a portal to the work of other prominent authors have worked with Simon to produce these materials on other  freely accessible websites.

Simon has been helped on this site notably by Rebecca Collison Walker. Becs is an experienced operations manager having worked in Bristol, London and Costa Rica, with particular experience in herbal practices and businesses. She has also almost completed her studies as a herbal practitioner and is on the editorial team at our partner site Herbal Reality.
