Simon says:
Here are opportunities to engage directly with me and my team, to become expert in your choice of plant remedies. The key skill we will share will be learning how to read what your body is asking. Plants can become very powerful remedies if they fit your profile and fill your gaps. If you just take them to stop something they become pale reflections of modern drugs. We will rediscover simple ways people lpng ago learnt to use plants to support their inner defences against disease. It is very exciting!
There are two linked options
1) Monthly live Q&A sessions on Zoom. We open with a relevant health topic and then open up for questions on any issue. These started on 7th April 2025. See more details and log in below.
2) Wild Medicine @ Home Library A complete animated compendium to help you safely use plant remedies to manage everyday health problems – in the kitchen, on the go, or off-grid!

Herb Hour
Live Q&A sessions
On the first Monday of each month, at 6.30pm UK time, Simon partners with his Wild Medicine colleague Robin Harford (@eatweeds.uk) to host a live one-hour Q&A session open to subscribers with a Zoom link.
He will start with a topical health presentation and then open up to questions on any health subject.
Sessions will also be recorded if you cannot attend live.
UPDATE!
HERB HOUR started on Monday 7th April with a review of hayfever and how to manage it naturally.
The second session on May 5th will look at SLEEP.
- Why waking in the middle of the night is more a sign of depleted energy than a reason to reach for yet more knockouts.
- Why it helps to see sleep as busy ‘housekeeping time’ for your body, a key process that needs support.
- How to choose plant remedies that can help ‘charge up the sleep batteries’ and break the vicious cycle of exhaustion and insomnia.
- A plan to integrate these remedies with other measures to relearn how to sleep.
The first herb Hour SOLD OUT in two days! However the session is recorded and will be available by clicking on the button below.

Simon says: I am also very happy to see new patients in person at Notaries House, close to Exeter Cathedral.
We start with a consultation lasting an hour or so, time to connect all the elements of your situation and back story. and to see your new natural support plan emerge. You would then pick up your unique blend of herbs to take home.
To discuss and make an appointment please telephone rather than email.
